Choose what to sync
Pick the Gmail labels where your client conversations live — most studios have something like "Clients" already. Rekindly reads only those labels and builds a contact record per client with the full thread history.
Let the AI read the room
For each contact, AI reads your correspondence and produces a lead score, a temperature, a summary of the relationship and a personalisation hook — the detail that makes a follow-up land, like the second project they mentioned and never booked.
Review, edit, send
Every promising contact gets a drafted re-engagement email in your tone of voice, ending with your signature. Edit it, regenerate it, or write your own. Send a test to yourself first if you like. Sending is always an explicit click.
