The service

Rekindly analyses your mailbox history and drafts client re-engagement emails. It is currently in invite-only early access, provided by Red Frog Studio. During early access the service is provided free of charge; paid tiers will be introduced with notice, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

Your account

Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything sent from your connected mailbox through the service. Every email Rekindly sends requires your explicit confirmation — review drafts before sending; you are the sender of record.

Acceptable use

You may only connect mailboxes you own or are authorised to use. You must not use Rekindly to send unsolicited bulk email; it is a tool for re-engaging people you have a genuine existing relationship with, and use must comply with UK PECR and GDPR.

AI-generated content

Lead scores, summaries and drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong. They are suggestions, not advice. Review everything before you rely on it or send it.

Availability and liability

Early-access software changes quickly and is provided "as is", without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Ending things

You can stop using Rekindly at any time — disconnect your mailbox, use the panic button, or ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
