Who we are

Rekindly is operated by Red Frog Studio ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@redfrogstudio.co.uk.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and encrypted password.

Mailbox data: when you connect a mailbox, you grant Rekindly permission to read the mail folders or labels you choose and to send email on your behalf. We store the contact details, thread subjects, snippets and message content needed to score relationships and draft follow-ups. We never read folders you have not selected.

Enquiry data: if you use the contact or request-access forms, we store the details you submit so we can respond.

How we use it

Your mailbox content is used for exactly one purpose: analysing your own client relationships and drafting re-engagement emails for you to review. Excerpts of your correspondence are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to produce scores and drafts; Anthropic does not use this data to train models. We do not sell, share or advertise against your data — ever.

Sending email

Nothing is ever sent from your mailbox without you explicitly clicking send and confirming. There is no automated or scheduled sending of any kind.

How it's protected

Mailbox access tokens are encrypted at rest. Message content is never written to application logs. Access to your data is limited to your own account — Rekindly is multi-tenant and every record is scoped to its owner. All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time, and the panic button in the app permanently deletes every contact, thread, draft and extraction record we hold for your account and revokes our mailbox access. You can also email us to request full account deletion.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export and erase your personal data, and to complain to the ICO. Email us and we will act within one calendar month.
