Common questions
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Gmail today, with read and send access only. Rekindly never modifies or organises your mail. Microsoft Outlook is coming soon, and connecting several mailboxes to one account is on the roadmap.
What does Rekindly read?
Only the labels you choose — typically where your client conversations already live. It builds one contact record per client from those threads and does not read labels you have not selected.
How much does it cost to start?
It is £0 to set up your account and connect a mailbox. There is no subscription. You add prepaid credit only when you are ready to score contacts and draft follow-ups.
How do credits work?
Credit is prepaid value. You top up in blocks — larger blocks carry a bonus — and each AI action draws a small amount from your balance. You only pay for the AI you actually use.
Can I choose the AI model?
Yes. You pick your model in settings. Cheaper, faster models suit most inboxes and cost less per contact; a stronger model can help with nuanced relationships. Changing model applies to your next enrichment.
Will Rekindly send emails on its own?
Never. Every send is an explicit click with a confirmation, and there is no scheduled or automated sending. You can send a test to yourself before anything goes to a client.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Mailbox tokens are encrypted at rest, your data is isolated to your own account, and email content is never written to our logs. Your correspondence is used only to score your relationships and draft your follow-ups.
How do I cancel or delete my data?
You can disconnect your mailbox at any time. The panic button permanently deletes every contact, thread, draft and record we hold for you and revokes our access. You can also email us to request full account deletion.
