Security and privacy
Your inbox is sensitive. Rekindly is built so your data stays yours — protected, isolated, and never sent without you.
Built to protect
Your data stays yours
Rekindly only ever works with your own client history, on your instruction. Here is how it is kept safe.
Encrypted mailbox access
The tokens that let Rekindly reach your mailbox are encrypted at rest. They are never written to logs and never shared between accounts — your connection is yours alone.
Per-tenant isolation
Rekindly is multi-tenant, and every record — contacts, threads, drafts — is scoped to its owner. You only ever see your own data, and no other account can see yours.
No email content in logs
Message bodies, subjects and addresses are never written to our application logs. Diagnostics record what happened, never what your emails say.
Sending only on your click
Nothing leaves your mailbox unless you press send and confirm. There is no automated or scheduled sending, and you can send a test to yourself before anything reaches a client.
Invite-only, and reversible
There is no public sign-up: accounts are created by invitation only. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time, and the panic button permanently deletes everything we hold for you and revokes access.
- Read and send access only — never modify or compose
- Encrypted in transit with TLS
- You choose which labels are read
- Delete everything with one click, anytime
Ready when you are
Turn a cold inbox into a warm pipeline
Rekindly is invite-only while we onboard studios one at a time. Request access and we will be in touch.
