Getting started

From invite to your first warm follow-ups in a few minutes — here is the whole path.

Five steps

Up and running, start to finish

You will need the invite email we send you and a Gmail account where your client history lives. The rest takes minutes.

  1. 01

    Accept your invite

    Rekindly is invite-only. When we set up your account you receive a single-use invite link by email — open it, choose a password, and you are in. There is no public sign-up form.

  2. 02

    Connect a mailbox

    Sign in with Google and grant Rekindly read access plus send permission. That is the whole setup: no CSV files, no imports, no browser extensions. You can disconnect with one click at any time.

  3. 03

    Run your first extraction

    Pick the Gmail labels where your client conversations live and start an extraction. Rekindly reads only those labels and builds one contact record per client, with the full thread history behind it.

  4. 04

    Review your AI-scored leads

    Each contact is scored and given a temperature — hot, warm or cool — with a short summary and a personalisation hook. Sort by score to see who is most worth a follow-up today.

  5. 05

    Approve and send follow-ups

    Every promising contact gets a drafted re-engagement email in your tone of voice. Edit it, regenerate it, or write your own, and send a test to yourself first if you like. Sending is always an explicit click — nothing goes out on its own.
